ILL requests
must be submitted via logon to your ILL account. Every patron must create
a personal profile on ILL.
A username and password are required.
The account will be authenticated by ILL staff. Once you create your ILL account and it has
been authenticated by staff you will be qualified to use interlibrary loan
services.
Your username and password allows us to give you secure access to information about your ILL requests. You will also be able to edit your personal information such as your address, phone number, and password.
Your username can be anything you like, such as your name, abbreviations, or an alphanumeric code. (Your username may not be reset, choose something you will remember.) Your password also can be anything you like. We recommend that you follow good security practice and choose a password that is different from those you use to access other systems. However, no one but you will know your password, not even the library staff. The password you set is stored in an encrypted file.
In the event that you forget your password, please contact Interlibrary Loan staff at the library you frequent most. We can then reset your password allowing you access to ILL. Please change the password once you logon to ILL.
The library will request material first from lending libraries that do not
charge. If there is a lending fee you will be notified to verify if you are
willing to pay the fee.
How do I place a request?

in FirstSearch WorldCat or FirstSearch Databases, or if you prefer library
staff to search and request for the material, click on the Request Photocopy,
Request a Book, or Request Other (Free Text) buttons.
